Tina uses a collaborative approach and analysis to drive organizational improvements. During her law enforcement career, she served in several unique capacities, including Crisis Negotiations Team Manager, Personnel and Training Manager, EEOC Officer, Financial Crimes Detective, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Team Manager.

After retiring at the rank of Lieutenant, Ms. Talamantes utilized her extensive experience in the private sector, investigating workers' compensation claims, business liability claims, and auto collision claims. She has served as the Interim Security Chief for the Rancho Murieta Community Services District, where she trained and developed security personnel in patrol procedures and the protection of municipal assets, developed and implemented operational orders for community events, updated policies, and procedures, and worked collaboratively with the community and businesses to address both short and long-term safety concerns.
